Processing Time (Custom Orders)

All of our items are made to order and require time to custom create.

• Processing time:
  Orders require a minimum of 7-10 business days to be completed, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

• Processing time begins after payment is received and all customization details are confirmed.

• Larger or more detailed orders may take the full 5 business days or slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped:

• Shipping time:
  2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

• Shipping times are separate from processing time.

• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
